PDAs team have developed a range of tailored support options.

We offer a flexible approach to delivery, recognising that organisations have different requirements and operational priorities.

Our programmes enable organisations to work towards a framework of excellence with targeted support in the areas where they need it most.

UK-Online Test Centre UK Online is a free facility for anybody who wishes to learn IT skills in a range of areas such as: basic navigation, using the keyboard and how to set up internet and email accounts all with tutor support.

Life In The UK Citizenship Testing is a home office approved test for all applicants who wish to apply for settlement and citizenship in the UK.

Leadership & Management support is a development package designed to support leaders and managers.  This includes coaching, mentoring and training.  Delivery in group or one to one settings.
 
Excellence in Customer Service is a development package designed for front line staff to support them in their role.  This includes coaching, mentoring and training.  Delivery in group or one to one settings.

Venue Hire We have an extensive IT suite accommodating up to 25 learners, in addition to 3 large training rooms which are available for hire.
